For serious or life-threatening emergencies, please call 911 immediately. Our clinics are open Monday through Friday from 8 am to 8 pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 9 am to 5 pm, so you can walk in whenever you need care. Prefer to plan ahead? When should I go to the Emergency Room instead of urgent care?
If you experience chest pain, severe shortness of breath, uncontrolled bleeding, serious head injury, or signs of stroke, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately. For everything else — we’re here to help.

How much will my visit cost?
Urgent care costs are typically much lower than an ER visit. Fees vary depending on the type of visit, services provided, and your insurance coverage. We’ll provide an estimate before your visit whenever possible.
Will you share my visit information with my primary care provider?
Yes. If you have a Self Regional primary care provider, we’ll share your visit notes through our electronic health record system for seamless care coordination.
Can children be seen at Self Regional Urgent Care?
Absolutely. We treat patients of all ages — from toddlers to seniors. Our providers are experienced in caring for children and families.
What should I bring to my visit?
Please bring:

- Any forms you need completed (for work, school, or sports)
What happens during my visit?
You’ll be greeted and checked in by our front desk team, then seen by a licensed provider who will review your symptoms, perform any needed tests or X-rays, and discuss your treatment plan. Most visits are completed in under an hour.
