How We Treat Common Illnesses
At Self Regional Urgent Care, our providers focus on fast relief and effective care for common illnesses. Depending on your condition, treatment may include prescription or over-the-counter medications, breathing treatments, IV fluids, wound or skin care, or simple procedures such as ear wax removal. We also offer on-site testing and lab services to quickly confirm a diagnosis, so we can recommend the right course of care. Our goal is to provide you with the treatment you need to feel better and return to your daily routine as quickly as possible.
How We Treat Minor Injuries
At Self Regional Urgent Care, treatment options depend on the type and severity of your injury. Care may include wound cleaning and closure (such as stitches for cuts), burn care, splinting or bracing for sprains and fractures, and pain management to keep you comfortable. For injuries that require more advanced care, we can provide referrals or coordinate with specialists as needed. Our goal is to ensure you receive the right level of care quickly and return to normal activities as safely as possible.
Testing & Vaccines
When you’re not feeling well, having quick access to testing can make all the difference. At Self Regional Urgent Care, we provide on-site diagnostic testing to help identify your condition and guide the right treatment plan. In addition, we offer routine vaccinations to help protect you and your family from preventable illnesses.
With same-day visits and extended hours, we make it simple to get tested, get results, and get back to feeling better.
How We Use Testing & Vaccines
Our urgent care team uses testing to quickly confirm or rule out common conditions like flu, strep throat, and COVID-19, often providing results in minutes. On-site digital X-rays and lab work also allow us to evaluate injuries and illnesses without sending you elsewhere. Vaccines are available for everyday protection, from seasonal flu shots to tetanus boosters, helping keep you and your loved ones healthier year-round.
Physicals
Whether it’s for school, sports, work, or simply staying on top of your health, physical exams help ensure you’re ready for the activities and opportunities that matter most. At Self Regional Urgent Care, we offer a wide range of physicals with no long waits, so you can get the clearance you need quickly and conveniently.
Our providers are here seven days a week to complete required forms, answer your questions, and provide documentation on the spot.
How We Provide Physicals
During a physical exam, our providers review your medical history, check your vital signs, and perform an evaluation tailored to the type of physical you need. Depending on the exam, this may include vision and hearing checks, lab tests, or specific screenings. We’ll make sure you meet the necessary requirements and provide the paperwork you need before you leave.
